Why do you think securing first job as a new grad is so challenging?

It really isn't difficult at all to land a first job as a new grad. As a new grad, you are open to any practice environment, are willing to work hard, can be molded by another surgeon/partner, and don't have any malpractice cases or disciplinary issues. You are flawless and moldable, a perfect combination.

No field experience . Experience is gained in Residency & Fellowship. Going Solo in different areas of practicing medicine and at times overuse supplies and equipment. Highest times in Malpractice cases.
