Doesn’t matter healthcare is to kill ppl not make them better. That is why privately practice is impossible….there might be a man that fears God and does what is right by the patients. I regret I ever worked in this witchcraft profession and am glad I woke up with covid injection to kill people. I warned ppl they didn’t listen now they are dying and realizing I am right.
Private or gov it's no problem, I'm interested for anyone.
Private Practice
I am employed in private practice, but would be interested in remote positions with a hospital, medical center, detention center, or other agency.
Hospital
Health insurance, vision, dental, sick leave and paid vacations… you don’t get that in a private practice, unfortunately.
Private practice
A mixture of both can work well if the company compensates well for the hard work we perform and energy given.
Private practice
I actually don’t prefer either. I like outpatient because that’s where 90% of care is given, but I like staff positions because it’s more stable.
I would say private practice, as never worked in a hospital setting. I do not prefer a hospital setting
At 96 years old private practice suits me in terms of working as much as I want to just keep my hand in something I enjoy doing.
Private practice for more clinical/therapy services. Hospital employment for more case management type services.

Private practice is the way to go, to have a better control of the income plus the freedom to work independently. After all , hospitals get the bulk of the money, providing very little benefits.

Definitely private practice. The corporate healthcare system is a soulless bureaucracy that is run by vapid MBA's. The so called religious hospitals such as Mercy Health care are nothing more than a hollow shell of corruption that hides behind a crucifex.
I would love to get back in the hospital, but I became a nurse to spend to the patients every need and be the advocate
Not to sit at a computer for 8 out of 12 hours. That is in no way excellent patient care.
I have worked in both situations and love both. The past 10 years, I have spent mostly in the private practice sector.
Private practice affords the clinician flexibility
however, there are losses (i.e., cancellation) or other challenges (i.e., retirement, sick leave, unemployment disability). If a clinician worked for a hospital, they might receive sick leave, vacation, and retirement.
Private practice is always best, but who will you be accountable to.
