Our Stance Against Systemic Racism

Now more than ever, we are proud to reiterate our commitment to diversity and meaningful equity.

We're doing our best to combat systems of oppression in our daily lives and via our employment opportunities. We take care to seek out providers and employers in underrepresented communities across the nation.

We condemn systemic racial oppression and stand with #blacklivesmatter. DirectShifts believes that an inclusive workforce - in our office and across the country - makes healthcare better for all of us. As a company, we came to the conclusion that it is also important to take action to lead a change. To this measure, we will invest in education, creating more awareness and standing up whenever we see these issues crop up. 

We sincerely hope that vulnerable groups are given a seat at the table, and that all of us find ways to take further action towards providing equal opportunities for all.
